CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Fun Valley Events require a minimum of 28 days cancellation notice, prior to the date of party (event), for refunds to apply.

The full payment payable at the time of your booking is non-refundable but can be transferred to another booking within 6 months from the original date of your event. The booking can only be transferred to a like for like booking.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time due to adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, high winds or any other safety reasons. If we have to do this your booking can be transferred to another date within 12 months from the original date of your event. Please be aware that the full payment is still non-refundable.

We make every effort to ensure that we deliver your equipment and will always go above and beyond to fulfil any party booking that is made with us. Approximate delivery times are given as a guideline for customers, however they can differ in unforeseen circumstances. In this instance a refund will not be given. We will only offer full refunds when we are unable to deliver due to circumstances out of our control; for example- vehicle failure, staff illness etc.
