1) - Where does Fun Valley Events Operate its hire service?

2) Can I have a inflatables set up indoors in a venue or hall?

Yes, all of our bouncy castles and inflatables can be used indoors. Sand bags are used to hold the bouncy castle down. The only thing you may want to check is the height of your venue, as well as the width and length, to ensure the inflatable fits. If it is going indoors, please advise us at booking so we know to load up the right equipment ready for delivery.

3) - How long will we get the bouncy castle we have hired for?

This is up to you. You can have it for most of the day, we delivery in the morning between 8am and 11pm and collect between 4pm and 6pm, or you can hire one for a couple of hours, perfect when using a venue or hall. We try our best to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs. We also offer alate pick up, up to 9pm at an extra charge (£40). Please get in contact to see if this would be available

4) - Do you have insurance for your bouncy castles you hire?

Yes, we have public liability insurance up to £5 million pound, which covers for any injury or accident which can be deemed our staff or our equipment fault. Additional insurance cover is available to buy direct from an insurance broker to cover supervision and personal injury.

5) - Is your electrical equipment PAT tested which you use for your bouncy castles?

Yes, all our electrical equipment which we use for our bouncy castle hire is PAT tested.

6) - Can we collect our bouncy castle or inflatable from you instead?

Sorry no, our insurance requires we set up each and every bouncy castle or inflatable.

7) - Do your bouncy castles have shower covers?

Yes, some of our bouncy castles / inflatables have shower/sun covers. Just check on the bouncy castle details to confirm this or gives us a call. These are only effective in light rain or showers.

8) - Can I Cancel my bouncy castle hire booking?

Yes you can cancel your booking. The 25% deposit is non refundable but we will let you transfer this to a future booking within 6 months of the original booking date.

9) - My garden is on a slope can I still hire a bouncy castle?

This depends on the slope, If its is just a small gradient then yes but the front opening of the bouncy castle / inflatable has to be at the top of the slope. If you are unsure please contact us.

10) -Can I hire bouncy castles overnight?

Of course, as long as it's a secure back garden/area. We do charge an extra fee depending on the unit you are hiring.

11) - How long will it take to set up and take away the bouncy castle or inflatable?

Setting up and taking away a bouncy castle both take around 30 mins depending on the venue. Package with more than one piece of equipment can take 45 – 60 minutes.

12) - Do you offer any multiple item discount if hiring more then one bouncy castle or equipment from you?

13) - Can I use a castle in the rain?

We advise that you wait until the rain passes.

14) Do the castle's come manned?

No. If your running an event that requires the inflatables/equipment to be manned please get in contact with us to discuss this, (Additional charges will apply)

15) Can equipment be set up in a venue not on the ground floor

This will depend on the equipment being hired. Please contact us to check this is suitable before booking

16) - What age group is soft play suitable to and from?

Soft play is great for the younger children from around 6 months old up to around 4 years of age.

17) - Can soft play be used outdoors?

Yes, we have a our 8ft x 8ft soft play that can be used outdoors between April and September. All other soft play must be set up inside.

18) - What is Soft Play?

Soft play is a rage of soft foam-covered pieces, slides, shapes, rockers and ball pits.

19) - Do you need a power supply for soft play?

Only if you have booked our 15ft x 15ft Jungle Soft Play with inflatable ball pit. All other soft play package do not require a power supply.
